Karen Osborn is a Partner and works in the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence department at WBW Solicitors in Honiton. She joined the firm in 2022 as part of a merger with Crosse + Crosse Solicitors, with whom she had worked for since 2001.

Karen has expertise in a wide range of claims, including clinical negligence, dental negligence, employer’s liability, occupational stress, occupiers liability, road traffic accidents and high value claims.

Having completed her finals at the College of Law in Guildford, Karen trained and qualified as a Solicitor in London in 1994. She spent the early part of her career engaged in the field of general litigation, later specialising in Clinical negligence and personal injury work. She worked in London for some years gaining much advocacy experience appearing in the Queen’s Bench Division of the High Court and many County and Magistrates Courts.
